My domain is not being verified

What to check when DNS verification fails.

If verification fails, check the following in order:

  1. Record name: Make sure you entered the TXT record with the name shown in the panel; adding the domain name twice (e.g. _beklio-verify.go.yourcompany.com.yourcompany.com) is a common mistake.
  2. Value: The TXT value must start with beklio-verify= and be exactly the same as the value in the panel.
  3. CNAME conflict: If there is another A or CNAME record for the same subdomain, remove it.
  4. Proxy: If you use Cloudflare, leave the record in "DNS only" (grey cloud) mode during the first verification.
  5. Propagation time: If you just added the records, wait a while and try again.

If everything looks correct, send the support team your domain and the error message from the panel.
